Margaret Mary Moore abt. 1856 Missouri 1st unknown Missouri, ?, Oregon Margaret Mary Moore married my grandfather, James Leroy Allison or Jabez Allison, in Roseburg, Oregon before 1898. She had my grandfather, Alfred Roy Allison, and, we believe, an older brother of his, "Jess."  Margaret Mary died in about 1899 in Oregon of spinal meningitis. We know she was married before, since she had three daughters from a previous marriage when she married Mr. Allison. Her sister, whose name we believe is Marie May Lawry, gave a deposition in San Jose, CA in 1942 as to my grandfather's birth (his birthplace, Oakland, OR, has burned down twice). She stated her sister was born in "Lane, Co., Mussouri" which was probably written down wrong, and we presume was meant to be Linn County, Missouri.. .
