There is a document that states ""Alice Fleet was the niece of Margaret Frank - Margaret Frank was m. to Isaiah Day; she then m. Samuel Hull, Laclede Co., MO. (Sam Hull was killed in 1878 by his son-in-law, Thomas Randolph (trial was held in 1880, Laclede Co., Ciruit Court, MO.)
On 1870 Laclede Co., MO. census:
Alice Fleet lived with William Frank/wife Jane (Reid) family (this was Margaret Frank's brother)
Delia Ann Fleet lived with Caswell Craddock/wife Lucy F. (Pearcy - a.k.a. Piercy, etc.) family
Eli Allen Fleet lived with Eli Rippy (a.k.a. Rippey)/wife Charlotte (""Lottie""; ""Lotta"") Ann (Lewis) family. - Eli Allen Fleet later married Eli Rippy's niece, Mary Ellen Rippy.
On Alice (Fleet) Griffin's death record, it states:
""Father: Abraham Fleet, born TN.
Mother's maiden name: UNKNOWN; born TN.""
(This info. was given by John C. Griffin - her husband.) On Alice Fleet & John Griffin's marriage record, it states that Thomas Honsinger (a.k.a. Honssinger) was the guardian of John Griffin, and since John was under the age of 21, Thomas had to give his consent for the marriage. Alice was over the age of 18.
I'm also kinned to the Honssinger families, through the Rippys.

Winona Learned / Barton / Romine 1909-1910 California Sam James Barton Unknown Medford Oregon "My Grandmother (Winona) was born in Bakersfield California, but unsure of her birth name.
Her mother Elvira Sabrey Meyer married Albert C Learned in California about 1915 and had three more children Virgil, Franklin, and Sylvora all in Medford Oregon, but do not believe that Winona was his child.
Winona married a Sam James Barton and had two children Norvin Jay Barton 1929 & Bonsha Ray Barton 1928.
