They were in Oklahoma by 1914 and Texas by 1918. It is said that she was part Indian and that her parents were killed in an accident. They lived around Albany and Monticello Kentucky. I beleive she was living with her son Charles VanRensalaer Clark. He was a photographer and had studio's in North Minneapolis, Montrose, Minnesota then Delano, Minnesota. He sold his photography studio in 1889 and then moved to Blue Earth, Minnesota. His Photos had CVRCLARK PHOTOGRAPHY, maybe if someone has old pictures with his photography name on them, that might help locate Catharine. Husbands name is Jess W Hughes and the 1900 lists one child, Dewey, born 03/1899. In the 1910 census, there are three children listed, Dewey, Bertha, and Alfred,my grandfather. These census's are from the IT, Oklahoma Territory. The 1910 is OK Miracade T1273-50 H200Deitmen-H235 Lillie. Stepohens County, Malorn 067 0239 0169. She married Owen William Lloyd about 1856 and moved to Wisconsin before 1864. She died in April, 1879, in Whiteside Co., Illinois. Sophia and Owen moved back and forth between Wisconsin and Illinois, and a fragment of an old letter suggests she had family in Illinois, but we haven't been able to determine who. Help! Married William D. Fulton 15 June 1847 in Perry county Ohio. Moved to Missouri and then to Kansas in 1878. I have all information from the time they moved to Kansas in 1878. Both died in Kansas. It is believed by some family members that she is the Ruth Field(s) buried from the Alms House (Poor Farm) in Westbrook in 1861. I am not sure of this fact. Alice ROBERTS 1851 England or Wales Richard Northcott & James Olds 1. before 1870 2. after 1870 "England, Wales & Michigan, USA" "Alice ROBERTS married Richard Henry NORTHCOTT. They had twins in 1870. The girl baby died,the son, Richard Henry NORTHCOTT(jr)survived.
Mr Northcott died & was buried in Wales before the family could immigrate to America.
Then, Alice ROBERTS NORTHCOTT brought
her son to Michigan anyway. She met & married James OLDS in Marquette county
Michigan.
Her son was then known as Richard Henry
Olds or R.H. OLDS. The Oldses then had 12 more children of which 8 survived.
R H OLDS was considered the head of the family when Mr Olds died. Northcott has been used in this extended family as a middle name in honor of R H Oldses paternal line.
