Lucinda Moore 1837 Vermont Joseph B. Grant 1859-1860 New York Lucinda Moore seems to have travelled with her family from Vermont to New York. She was about 23 when she married Joseph Grant aged about 43. They had 3 children in the New York Census of 1870. I am hoping to verify where she was born and when. Jane Adaline Danforth 1818 Massachusetts Sherman Fairchild Before 1840 "New York, Ohio" "Jane Adaline Danforth was born in MA and her family probably moved
to New York state. She married Sherman Fairchild somewhere in New
York around 1838 or 1839. Sherman and Jane had nine children:
Marshall, Nancy Jane, Charles Harmon, David Sherman, Ella Viola,
Adelia Alice, Ezra Noble, Daniel Sherman and William.
Jane Adaline Danforth Fairchild went by Adaline. She is buried in the
Winemeg Cemetery in Pike Township, Fulton County, Ohio. She and
Sherman belonged to the 1st Presbyterian Church in Mexico, Oswego,
New York prior to heading west to Medina, Ohio. Her death certificate
says that she was born in Massachusetts, but it does not give the
names of her parents. I want to connect Jane ""Adeline"" Danforth to

Her records indicate that she was a little deaf. We are not sure if the spelling of her husband is correct. Goldie had two brothers: Frank and Carl. Goldie was the middle child.
