It is known that she worked in Boston as a domestic before her marriage to James Fee in 1858 in Randolph, Massachusetts. We have been unable to locate her on any passenger lists, or find any information about her residence in Boston or any information about her prior to her immigration. Her mother is listed as ""unknown"" on her death certificate. Her father is listed as Stephen Madden, but it is thought that may no be accurate. Any information would be greatly appreciated. She is shown on the 1816 census in Adams County Mississippi as Winfeeld Roberts. She bought land in Adams County in 1812. She died 14 Nov. 1822 in Natchez, Adams County Miss. leaving a will naming her two children Mary Cole who married John Brown Stevens in Adams County 18 Mar. 1813 and Elizabeth Cole. Mary L. Cole Stevens headstone in Vicksburg, Miss. says Mary was born in Tennessee 1 Jan. 1796. An entry in her Bible says her father was James Roberts, who I can not find. Winifred was the Administratrix for the estate of Jacob Gile in 1812 in Adams County and had to post a bond for that estate. She signed it Winney Robinson. Joannah Jennings abt 1792 probably NY Benjamin Jennings 5 oct 1815 New York " Would like to hear from anyone researching JENNINGS in NYS: Joannah JENNINGS born 30 Dec 1792 probably in New York State; died 30 May 1872 town of New Hudson, Allegany Co., NY. She married 5 Oct 1815 to Benjamin Kingsbury in Cherry Valley, Otsego Co., NY. Her mother's name may have been Hannah and she definitely had a sister Hannah Jennings who attested to the marriage of Joannah to Benjamin Kingsbury when Joannah made application for widow's pension because Benjamin had served in War of 1812. Joannah died at home of her son, Daniel, but she lived her adult life in town of Rushford, Allegany Co., NY where she and husband migrated. She is buried Hardy Corner's cemetery at Rushford. She is my gg-grandmother. Sure would like to hear from you.

Daniel Kingsbury; had a sister, Lucretia, who married shortly after she did. She lived married life in Rushford and Clarksville and is buried in Rushford -- all in Allegany Co., NY.
Have tried to link her with Jacob LOBDELL a very early settler of Victor, Ontario Co., NY but unable to connect with him or his sons.
Her death certificate states she was d/o Peter LOBDELL .
